Dani Thompson-Sorensen
I started in the mortgage banking business in the early 70’s, and have enjoyed 41 years of being fully immersed in the economic drive that the mortgage industry offers. While I pride myself on excellent references and knowing the business upside down and backwards, I do enjoy many other interests.
I am fully involved with a terrific family including two beautiful daughters, a wonderful husband and two incredible Grandchildren. We live in marvelous and colorful Colorado; full of seasonal changes, an abundant of outdoor activities. With reading, needlework, cooking, and my family; I stay busy and content. We look forward to the opportunity to introduce ourselves further.
Willam Sorensen
I began my career in 1983 as a Realtor representing the RTC, Home Savings & Loans and Great Western Bank in the disposal of their REO portfolios as well as providing property preservation and valuation services. Having to generate the new loans for the prospective buyers for said properties it was a logical move into the mortgage banking side of things.
With the increase of upside down properties in the Southern California area in the early nineties my services were retained for the negotiation of short sale and loan modifications. From loan modifications and short sales I became a sales rep dealing in FHA, VA and conventional paper covering a client base from Beverly Hills to the San Gabriel Valley.
When I met Dani In 1996 I uprooted from Southern California and made the move to Denver Colorado. As subprime loans were coming into fashion I found myself as a wholesale account executive for several key players buying loans on an individual as well as bulk basis.
For the last 4 years I have been on staff at DJBTS consulting dealing with investor relations, report creation and generation as well as the implementation of broker to banker conversions.
Audra Dill
I have been in the Help Desk/IT field for the past 15 years. I have a Graphic Design degree, which lends to my creative talents, but I have always had a very technical mind.
I make sure our computers and network runs smoothly day to day. I assist in the upkeep of rates; data integrity as well as data communication from us to you.
Outside of work, I love photography, scrapbooking and enjoying time with my two great kids. I recently fell in love with a Silky Terrier that steals the show and is demanding in every way possible.

Krystal Thompson
With ten years of Marketing experience, I have been fortunate enough to lead marketing efforts with three companies to establish web presence, get the most from branding, and enhance profitability through networking and increased performance.
With a degree in Marketing and a minor in International Business I am lucky to be able to put my education into play on a daily basis. Incorporating business plans and objectives into successful results is not only encouraging but rewarding.
In my spare time, my passions include interior decorating (staging homes for sale), and anything artsy. As any normal young professional, I love to shop and socialize. I have two dogs who I adore! One extremely passionate, nine year old Golden Retriever, Zoe, and a two year old German Shephard/American Bull Dog mix who is in need of constant attention!
